I cannot activate my user account

After the registration, you have to activate your user account and confirm your identity within 7 days. You will automatically receive an activation link at your e-mail address.

If you cannot find the activation link in your e-mail inbox, please check your spam folder. Depending on your e-mail service provider, it can take up to 5 minutes until you receive our e-mail.

The account will be temporarily blocked after 7 days. You cannot login anymore, if you haven’t activated your user account yet.

If you accidentally entered a wrong e-mail address during the registration process, you can change the the e-mail address yourself after the registration: Change e-mail address
