If you don’t receive the verification code via text message during the verification process, please try the following steps:
- Depending on your mobile phone service provider, it can take up to 3 minutes until you receive the text message. Please check, if you have access to your mobile network.
- Repeat the verification process by stopping the current process and entering your mobile phone number again. Please check before sending, if you chose the right country code and entered the right mobile phone number.
- If you still don’t receive a text message, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. The support team will help you as soon as possible.
Please note: We are using Twilio and CM Telecom as text message provider. Unfortunately Twilio and CM Telecom do not support Sipgate phone numbers. Please contact our support, if you are using a Sipgate phone number.
